I can’t believe another week has gone by! Today I am officially 15 weeks, so here is a look at week 14. The day before hitting 14 weeks we had a doctor’s appointment and it was the first time I got to see the baby. It was an incredible experience, and I still can’t stop thinking about how much movement that baby was doing. My husband is sure the baby waved at us too. 😉
I also noticed my energy started to return. I still experienced morning sickness, but mainly when I didn’t respond fast enough to hunger pains. It’s sort of weird how it just springs up on you! As far as cravings, my body continued to gravitate towards baked vegetables, fruit, salad, chicken, and red meat. The two new things I’ve been really into this past week are dry salted seaweed with brown rice and naan bread with hummus. But I’m still waiting for my sweet tooth to arrive. It seems that anything sugary, greasy, or spicy (except for mild kimchee) are still on the list of foods I’m not into.
